GordonBombay, Just out of curiosity, do you just repeat the MCs over and over and NOT read the book at all? What is your studying strategy? Thanks in advance.[/QUOTE]
Well I of course follow along with the lectures and read all the highlighting and stuff. But what I have been doing is just reworking all of the MC until I can get nearly all of them right in one try. Then for the final review I go back and skim through the lectures, particularly noting the Pass Keys and heavy concepts), and then redo the MC again. Flashcards have not worked well for me and I pretty much regret buying them. I also do the Final Review course in the two days leading up to the test.
I remember reading somewhere in the Becker handbook or whatever that your final review of reading should be limited to a half hour per chapter. I think they feel that reading the entire book is a bit much and hard to comprehend and make things stick. What makes things stick in your mind is repetition and being able to recognize the general question formats.
Anyways this is what has worked for me thus far...good luck!
