It depends on if you have the 2008 or 2009 program. People who have the 2008 program may have bought the 141 R DVD to upgrade. However the 2009 homestudy which I have has 2 sections for consolidations-2 separate lectures for 141 and 141 R respectively.

that's the bad thing of falling behind (keep failing) by the time I finally pass FAR there will be SFAS1000 Z to learn :(   ... I hate FAR so badly.

Can I use gleim 2008 mcqs for my exam this august? are there any major changes ?

The only thing that is new is FASB 141R - consolidations.
