I heard 20% of multiple choice questions are not graded, meaning 6 per testlet, so only 72 total count. I also heard that some of the simulations are not graded, but I don't know how many.

Five MC for each FAR testlet are not graded. In terms of tthe sims, the only info the AICPA has released is that only one written communication is graded; they haven't divulged anything about the other tabs.
