In short, if

A agree to deliver B a pizza with cheese. Then B signed the contract that in the contract stated "A shall deliver pepperoni to B"

If A didn't read the contract, he is SOL and better learn to enjoy pepperoni pizza.

If he did sign an agreement for cheese pizza, but changed his mind then asked for a pepperoni and B agreed, then the agreement is BINDING.
