According to the Wiley Regulation 2009 book on page 16,
"The responses involving written communication will be graded for writing skills. These responses are scored based on the following criteria:
1. Organizations: structure, ordering of ideas, and linking of one idea to another -Overview/thesis statement -Unified paragraphs (topic and supporting sentences) -Transitions and connectives
2. Development: supporting evidence/information to clarify thoughts -Details -Definitions -Examples -Rephrasing
3. Expression: use of standard business English -Grammar -Punctuation -Word usage -Capitalization -Spelling"
