Problem with that is, he would have to retake all 4 parts of the exam.

Um, no you don't. Once you pass the whole thing, you pass and you never lose the credit. Even if you apply in a different state it doesn't affect your credit. That's why they call it the UNIFORM CPA EXAM. |
