We will probably get them on Monday.

Last year we were like CA and we got them the day before other states, but this year thy have been a day behind.

Yep I have already passed the ethics test issued by the board.  You can take it at any time (you don't have to pass all 4 sections) HOWEVER it will expire in 6 months.  There is a list of approved ethics courses you can take on the texas state board website and I just chose one and passed.  I did call the board to make sure it was okay for me to do it and that's what they told me, expires in 6 months.  I have until October to get this BEC over with (in case I didn't make the cut this time around) before it expires
