Pheepa, I think that passing the CPA exam is a hard task.
What I did is: 1) I used Becker 2) I also bought Becker Final Review because lets say I was not that confident without that 3) I made extensive hand written notes, for FAR 40+ pages and for BEC 25 pages. The notes were simply the answers to the questions I was not getting right (like detailed flashcards) 4) I read the book, because it includes details that they are not in the passmaster software. All the other studying tasks are the same as everyone else, i.e. do the MCQ's multiple times, do the sims, the final exams, watch the lectures etc. Hope that helps! dont give up! you can do it!

Cinnamon,
Thankyou for th encouragement. When I saw my BEC score, I wanted to give up on the CPA exam, but I figured since I have come this far, it is best not to give up now. I have FAR at the end of the this month and has not have any motivation since I received my failing score in BEC. My weakest was Econ.
I was thinking about rescheduling FAR until October because at this point I am about 66%. Then I can take FAR the beginnning of Oct and BEC the end of October. I dismissed the idea because........
Sad thing is that my Auditing score expires on October 31st
I don't have much time in the day like many others on this forum because I am a single mother and work full time.
I used BISK and Exammatrix for REG and AUD. I used WILEY for BEC. I just purchased Yager for FAR. I am thinking of purchasing the Yager Cram for BEC too so that I can get over the 70 hump.
Thanks again Pheepa
