Congrats Phoenician!

I called the state board today and they confirmed that my score has been released. They said that if I don't get it this afternoon that I should call back and they'll re-email it to me. IDK when they just won't send it in the first place. If I don't get it from NASBA by 4pm then I'm calling back. This is stupid!

I hope you get it soon, Kevin. So I'm not sure which one to do next, redo BEC or do AUD. I'm not sure if I should study while I'm in school, or wait till spring when I'm out. I cringe to think of all that time wasted, though. I can't remember if you said you studied for a part while in school?

I didn't study while I was in the mtax program. Looking back I wish I would have, especially during T3.

You'll soon realize that in the mtax program you're going to have to work really hard to get and A and you're going to have to work really hard to get a C. Depending on whether or not you already have a job lined up, your mtax grades won't mean that much. Of course you're going to want to work hard, gain a good base understanding of the concepts of tax that are taught in the program and make the most of your time while you're there.

If I were in your position I would consider studying for BEC again and taking it at the end of November (the material should be somewhat fresh and I'm sure you'ed be able to handle studying a little each day over the course of two months). Then I'd spend December studying for AUD while you're on winter vacation (assuming you're in the full time day mtax program) and taking it in Janurary. Then hopefully you won't have this exam hanging over your head. If you decide to take a little break, I'd suggest seeing how T1 and T2 go and then evaluate wheher or not you'd be able to handle studying BEC and AUD while you finish T3. Like I said, I felt like T3 was the least stressful and was rather easy. My friends and I did a fair amount of partying during the trimester. I kind of wish I would have knocked out a section or two of the cpa exam. On the other hand, I'll never have the opportunity again to be a full time student with minimal responsibilities so I don't feel bad for having one last hoorah!
