I guess I don't understand this. I beleive the DUIs fall off your record after 10 years if they are misdemeanor DUI convictions. Or do they just fall off your DMV record, but stay on your police record?
Guess I should check into it myself, since I have one from 10 years ago.

They come off your dmv record after 7-10 years. However, they
remain on your criminal record forever unless you live in a state where
you can get it expunged. BTW, its difficult to enter Canada if you have
EVER received a DUI.
