I agree with what you said.  I personally feel that politics are really heavy in big 4.  I think that is also one of the reason I failed there.  I am a hard worker and inexperienced in office politics.  It is a good lesson to me.  I feel that it is ok for others to make mistakes.  Others can find a very good excuse.  For me, I am not good at explaining it and I feel it is a virture to shoulder my responsibilites, which guarantees my screwup over there.
