Can recruiters see through those people who are "Mr. Perfect" has an answer for everything, but deep down has that back stabber would do anything to move himself ahead personality?? There are always a few at these things.

No way! Those people are selling themselves and
highlighting the great things about themselves and hiding
the less than perfect parts.
