Am also in the same situation as you, I passed my final
exam on 23rd Dec. However, I don't think the credits ever
expire. CPA Exam Services probably just takes the exam date
add 18 months and specify the credit expiration date on the
score sheet. I am expecting a 'congratulatory' letter any
time soon, I sat through CO though.

I passed my last section in Nov'09 and received the score report at the end of Dec'09. However, I am still waiting for the congratutory letter from AICPA.
I just called 1-800-CPA-EXAM and was told that AICPA won't mail out the congratulatory letter until mid February. Has any of you received it? Btw, I am in Michigan.
