To answer shipping questions, we strive to have all shipments shipped within 48 business hours of the order (2-days). Some go out sooner and some slower depending on the daily volume.
As for responding to e-mails, we do so as soon as possible. If you have not gotten a response within 1 business day pleas give us a call as it may have been trapped in our spam filters.
