It definitely helps! Watching all those dvds ( 13 for FAR) seems like it will take forever, but if you watch first and take notes, then do the mcq on the handout, time will go by much faster and you will have more room for review afterwards.

I am in the process of doing mcq and rewritting my notes ,and feel that I have absorbed way more info than the last time I attempted FAR on my own .

Hi CACPA Girl,
Your honest and independent opinion is good and it seems that Yaegar is value for money and we do not have to take any other review courses to achieve success on CPA exams.

Is there a way to adjust your computer to view the DVDs at 1.5x? What is the average viewing speed that the laptop usually plays back DVDs?

I was able to adjust the playback speed using windowsmedia player. I did that watching the Yaeger cram for Far..and it saved some time.

cacpagirl, how do you adjusted the speed (or anyone knows) I also have wisndowmedia player on my computer. Thanks!
