I've always studied the night before! That's when I would take the 2nd Final Exam with Becker. I never do problems the day of the exam though. Only reading over notes or flash cards.

My study plan is always to go through the MCQs 3 times--- each time going over the ones I get wrong. I plan it so my last day before the test, I have already gone through all the MCQs 3 times. My final day, I touch up on anything I dont feel comfortable with and read through the final exam (I dont really bother taking it, I Just read the problems and answers. I dont feel like going through the actual process helps me anymore than just learning the extra material that is in them. I have never even looked at the 2nd final exam, but I guess it wouldn't have hurt if I did.

So far, doing this has had me pass FAR REG and AUD the first try and hoping the same for BEC.

Just got back from BEC. What a bizarre exam! I don't feel good about passing - there were way too many questions I was unsure about. But having taken it, if I had to take an exam over again, I think I'd choose this one. I mean, if I HAD to.

The computational problems are much less complicated that Wiley/Gleim. But it's still good practice. Now the worst part: waiting.

A lot of people have mentioned that the actual computations are much less complicated than the practice ones; I found that to be true for FAR as well.

Good luck cabinill.

I took FAR first and I am glad I did--- the knowledge you get in FAR (solid understanding of financial statements) helps in almost every exam.

Defiantely true about the actual computations being less hard than the study ones. That makes me happy, because im sure those are worth the most points too.
