I received my final score online a few weeks ago from an exam I took on July 29th. When should I expect my score report and congratulatory letter?

I promised and did it! I passed the exam. The board said will send the
Congratulating letter in January. I am on my way of becoming a CPA. But,
first I need a job and I need it now!
