Well, I received notice from Veloria that I was approved to sit on the same day that I complained to the Investigator General and sent an email to the governor. So, whether it was coincidence or not, I will never know. All I know is, that piece is behind me and I'm taking FAR on February 22. Getting that behind me was huge. I feel more focused and ready to beat this thing. Thanks for all the comments.

I got my letter today 2/1/2010

I got mine on Monday too. Did you realize there was nothing in it about the Law and Ethics exam? Did they scrap it???

I received mine on Monday as well. I also noticed it didn't mention the law & ethics exam. I wonder if they did scrap it. I'm going to go back and look to see if they recently passed an amendment to the statutes or admin code.
