Being done, not having to study BEC (my last section) anymore, and being able to start making plans for the rest of my life is the best celebration for me. However, I do appreciate words of congratulations, and I like being treated to a meal no matter what the occasion. :-) I don't have family, I'm single, and I don't have accounting friends around, so I don't expect anyone around me to understand how much effort I put into this.
I agree with Dawgie about moving on to more challenging feats as soon as possible. I am still working on the licensing paperwork, but I am waiting for my final paper score report before I mail it off or ask my employers to certify my experience. I want to do Tax Court exam next and have investigated review materials, but I want to have my paper score report in hand and then ask my employer for financial assistance for review materials (one of the review programs qualifies for CPE as well, and my company pays for CPE, so I hope I can make a case), as well as certification of experience.
