For those of you requesting notes via e-mail, right now you can view the notes via Scribd, you don't even need to be logged in.  Still working on the Google Docs option.

I cannot get to download the notes although am a member of scribd. It's
asking me to pay a fee in order to download it. Can anyone help me? I would
really like to have access to these notes.
