Thanks for your reply. What is the 14.0 cd? And by notecards do you mean flash cards? I just finished the Inventory module and the instructor was not good at all. I will look up the website. Do you ask the instructors questions? I sent a couple of emails for my questions and I guess my 2.5 hours are almost up. Did you encounter this as well?

I made my own notecards on weak areas and review them every day.

The 14.0 cd is the wiley disc with mcq and sims. It should have come with your package in the mail.

The instructor you are talking about is only in 2 modules and they have the clarification to all his dings on their website.

The 2.5 hour thing got me as well. So what I did was started watching the dvd with no expectation except to listen.  Then I read the chapter and watch the dvd again, taking notes, doing problems, etc.

After I am confident with the chapter, I go to 14.0 cd and supplement with more questions until I am passing at about 80% or above.

Then I write out the communication part of the sims and move on to the next topic.

Also, posting questions on this forum is very helpful in place of calling the instructor if you have used your 2.5 hrs.

I only do the parts they tell you to. But I do write out all communications whether they tell you to or not.

On the cd I cover all questions whether from the book or not. I think the questions in the book are much harder and more analytical though.

I find the Wiley cd multiple choice questions harder than the textbook questions. Do you do all the multiple choice questions in the book first before going to the cd?
