thanks everyone for your input. It seems somewhat hopeful yet makes me nervous at the same time. I guess I just have to wait and see how the job market does.

It can't hurt. I'm 2 for 2 so far with parts passed, but having a tough time finding a job. I think I'm applying to jobs I'm overqualified for though because I have my MAcc and CPA almost done. I even offered to work for $30,000 to do a bookkeeping job and never heard back from the place.

As we say on this forum...We are drinking the CPA Kool-aid
At this point it is self gratifying to pass the CPA. Even though it may not land a Job(who wants to work those 60+ hours at the big firms anyways)...maybe it will help you get into a MBA...
Plus I saw a story yesterday saying that there is jobs out there they just aren't being advertised...lol

And what benefit does an MBA give you?
I heard that if you go to one of the top MBA schools, which cost over $100k in tuition and require you to go full time (i.e., opportunity cost of lost wages), it could help you get a Wall Street job. But, Wall Street is firing people, not hiring.

I am telling you this now, Even if there is a Miracle, its meant to be, and pass the next 2 exams...I do not see it getting me a position in which I can fulfill the Req experience....I would rather get a MBA(try to get a 3.5 and make up for crappy undergrad experience)
Or I can do nothing
