G8tr,

Do you know how long it takes to hear back after an event like this? I've been waiting almost a week and haven't heard anything although I know they have another round of office visits this week. Could the fact that  I haven't heard be because they're waiting to interview with the rest of the candidates this week or should I assume I will not be hearing anything positive?

You'll definitely hear back either way.  They won't just leave you hanging.  Should be within a couple of weeks.

I had Inside Look on November 6 and interviewed with a Partner as well as with a Senior Manager but neither of them gave me their business cards. On the following monday I sent a general thank you e-mail to the recruiter, asking her to thank everybody with whom I interacted on that day. Noting everybody carefully, I discussed with about 25 individuals and since nobody gave me their business cards, I was not sure whether to thank them by e-mail or just thank the recruiter.

Also, should I e-mail the people who interviewed me separately?

You really should email them separately TODAY.  Having the recruiter do it may have made it seem like you didn't care enough to do it yourself.  In the future, ask for business cards when you're not offered one or at least get the email address.  When you email, you should bring up something unique about the experience so that they remember you.

Good luck!

I e-mailed them last night just to be on the safe side. Should I e-mail everybody else that I discussed with, such as people with whom I had lunch, conversed, etc.?

I remember one of the students asking for a business card right after lunch and everybody said they did not have one on them.

I wouldn't worry about emailing people you had lunch with or just talked to casually. Defs email the folks who interviewed you, which you've already done. I think you're good.

Good luck.
