^^^I concur with the above post.  If you start emailing any and everyone, then it just looks less sincere.  Focus on those who interviewed you.

Thanks for the advice, guys. I, however, got an email today notifying me that an offer for full-time employment could not be extended.

It feels somewhat strange because I thought both my interviews went very well and I really managed to click with both my interviewers. Well, sometimes we don't have all the answers:)

KPMG Inside Look has been the first such program that I have attended. I go to a very small school so the big 4 do not recruit here. In addition, I would have required work sponsorship in order to work in the future.

I was wondering whether any of those factors weighed significantly when the decision concerning me was made.

Thank you for your help, guys.

Good luck with your endeavors!

Be proud that you got to the second round without on campus recruiting though, I've heard it's significantly more difficult to get interviews this route, but you've done it! As it's only your first, try to think of things you could improve on. Since you said you felt that it went well, it may not have been anything you did or did not do, just bad luck so don't get too down. Keep trying! Best of luck!

They always make you believe that you clicked with them, so it is not an indicator. And the fact that you would need sponsorship  definitely ruined your chances if nothing else did. I doubt Big 4 ever sponsor entry level associates. It makes no sense for them to do so. You'd better get the green card first and then apply again
