Any solo CPA'ers out there mind sharing with us what you charge your clients?

Simple personal taxes? Anyone have a small mom & pop business client and do their books for them?

I'm just curious to know what kind of rates you all charge?

My firm charges $150 a hour.  For an individual tax return that's usually $300-$450.

My firm starts from $1000 per return no matter what. We do not charge less.

Wow $1000 per hour?  I guess our firm undercharges!  I should give this info to the partners and ask for a slice of the profits in exchange! :D

I think the rates will also vary based on what part of the country you are in.

I am assuming the above firms file taxes for either high
net worth individuals (who have complex returns) or other
such clients.

For your average joe making under 100k, it'll cost about
100-200$.
