So KJ. Did you figure out a process? What's the steps and forms to get license?

Fill out and submit Form 4, and fill out the top of Form 4b and give it and the instructions to all your employers where you have qualifying experience.

Note that a few weeks ago, NY redesigned its web site and the PDFs were from a few years ago. I did download the updated forms before this happened.

I received my last score last night so today, I begin the application process.

Question: which forms did you fill out? Just to confirm the forms to be filled out:

Form 2
Form 4
Form 4b
