By the way, i still didn't receive my congratulatory letter? Do u guys receive it yet?

I called at the end of Dec 09, and i was told the letter will send out after Jan 15, 2010.

haven't received my congratulatory. Per the nasba website, the letters for the oct/nov window are sent by Feb 15.

As for the Form 4B, not sure why it takes so long. I guess they need to fill in all information, get a partner to sign it and notarize it. :(
