No. There's no more copy and paste. That was the old format. The new
format you select the appropriate paragraph almost like you are selecting
an answer to a multiple choice question. Once you go into the your
chosen FAS there
will be a list to the right like

FAS 7, para 1
FAS 7, para 2
FAS 7, para 3
etc.

and then you'll just select which one applies (there will be a little bubble
looking thing next to each paragraph on the list).

Hope that makes sense.
