Hi
I was wondering if someone could help me out with this question.
I just passed all 4 of the exams as a Delaware candidate and I have about 18 months of work experience.
I don't live in the US.. I'm from Canada, currently living in the UAE.. I don't ever plan on practicing in the US.. it will either be the UAE or Canada where I work. My question is.. since I won't be working in the US, I don't need a permit to practice there.. but I would like to get a certificate.. Is there any state I can apply for a certificate and only certificate for right now being in the situation I am?
Please advise, anyone!
Thanks a lot.

Delaware, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, D.C., Oklahoma, Maine, Alabama, Hawaii, or Montana. Take your pick.

You can apply now. You don't need experience to get the certificate.
