How and where does this failure really going to cost us?
Does this show up in our mark lists or certificates?
How this going to effect us psychologically?

Can I ask them to consider first simulation which I attempted well?
Does any body have experiences like this?

Please give me your advice and opinion...
Thank you.

Hello cpa_stl I heard failure do not show on your certificate. In addition, I would like to share my REG experience with you. I did less than half of simulation 2 and I thought I messed up the MCs, I was depressed for weeks because I was sure that I failed and guess what I passed with a score of 85.

In addition, if you did both simulations' communication and simulation 1 that's mean you will be graded on more than 80.

Conclusion you have a chance of passing this exam and besides I don’t think it is fun to retake these exams.  Therefore, pray and hope for the best. That is what I did with REG.

Good luck.

It won't affect your license at all.  About 90% of people have to retake at least one part anyway, so you'd be in good company. And nobody will know unless you tell them. So, its really about the money.

So, I would take your chance and wait for your score if you can afford to retake it on your own dime.

I'm pretty sure you can't request that they only look at the sim you completed.  It has to be all or nothing.

psychological affect?  only you can answer that....  This test is hard on everybody and can drive you crazy even without dealing with what you've had to deal with.  I'm so sorry about your experience.
