i am in the same situation. though i finished my exams, i am finding it difficult to find a job coz i dont have US experience. i worked as an intern under a CPA for a month. but couldnt continue coz it was very far from my place and i wasnt being paid. dice shows all big jobs like director or controller or mergers and aquisition specialist. how should one prepare for the interview for an accounting position?

I am done with my exam. If I find a job now I will be in a very good shape.
So, I think it is good when you pass the exam.
