Audit - August 2010

FAR - January 2011

REG - July 2011

BEC - October 2011

I will be getting my Masters during this time, and that is why it's so spaced out.

I will (hopefully) start full-time September 2011.

Is this too easy?

You should take FAR before AUD.  AUD sim's require some FAR knowledge.  Taking BEC last is usually a good idea, however the AICPA plans to add sim's to this section in 2011.  So, you might want to take BEC sometime during 2010 just to avoid the sim's.  REG is a challenging exam but usually has high pass rates.  I've given you the "facts".  Now it's up to you to decide on what to do.  Good luck.

Why the long gap between FAR & REG? Try to take FAR or BEC first

They're adding communication to BEC (three of them), not other kinds of Sims. This could make BEC easier if you're good at writing.

Firehouse,

Do what you feel comfotable with doing.  As you can see below in my signature, my order is AUD, REG, FAR & BEC.  My rationale is that I took auditing & taxation classes this year to satisfy my academic deficiencies in CA (who knew that 20th century Brazilian cinema wouldn't be counted by the California Bd of Accty when I was in school???).

I also have alot of work experience, so I feel ok with FAR after that and well, BEC will be the last one.

I guess what I am saying is, take the exams in order that you feel most comfortable with; the folks who posted to you previously have great ideas, but ultimately, it is your score....

Cheers!
