They are getting rid of it so they can flood the market with cheap immigrant labor...they currently struggle with that section since they can't speak english....

Communications section = FREE POINTS. Proper essay structure is almost all you need.

The written communication is not being eliminated entirely. Rather, it will become a part of the BEC exam.
