I would appreciate some assitance with this as well. I had a HORRIBLE experience with NASBA today :( went out the WABOA site and could no longer login, so tried navigating the NASBA site which is super confusing so I called for help. BIG MISTAKE! The jerk told me that he wouldn't be able to help me until Jan 1st...I asked him if he could at least tell me what a "jurisidiction number" was and how I could find out if I have one and he told me that he would only explain it to me after the 1st..when I asked for a supervisor, he transferred me to a VM; THEN I called back, got this jerk again and told me that the cpa exam doesn't accept rude candidates! (Mind you, I was frustrated, but NEVER yelled or cursed at the man)

Anyway, I called back for a final time and got another guy who (surpise, surprise) was able to easily look up my info and give me my jurisidiction number (and all before the 1st..go figure!). Unfortunately, when I tried to sign in with it, I got a login failed message...sigh...I just wrote a complaint email to the NASBA email and now I guess I'll just sit and wait....so far, not liking the new site, especially since I'm retaking REG on Monday the 4th and just failed it last window by 2 points but never got the mail notice that shows your weak areas...

Sorry for the ramble, just needed to vent...anyway, let me know if you hear anything :(

i don't even know the jurisdiction #... yeah, website is worse...

I tried to register online today (1/4/10) but I ended up calling them.  The person I talked to helped me to register thru phone.  He also could not see some of the information (maybe it is not all available).  Comparing to Castle Service, NASBA is much complicated.....

I would like to know how to get jurisdiction # and how to review the scores information.  Please share your experience.

Thanks!!

Same situation here!!! I went to NASBA trying to use my old username to log in but failed. Don't know how they are going to move my old test information to the new system. Fortunately, I already scheduled my two exams on January. Thank god, the old NTS from Castle is still valid.

friends: so how did you register? Is it too much to post here? Just trying to not have to sit on the phone for a half hour and I cannot figure it out.
