Alright then! Let me break it down in my simpleton terms and see if I have this correct:

Race - First to record wins

Race-Notice - First to record wins UNLESS second purchasor knew of the first purchasor

Notice - Second purchasor wins as long as they didn't know of first purchasor REGARDLESS of who recorded first

How's that?
