No, Texas is not.

Generally Texas scores are posted a couple days after AICPA releases. Texas only posts once per day. That is at about 4 a.m. when they do their daily maintenance.

They get the scores from AICPA, validate, then post.

The hold up is this process sucks. That's my opinion.

Does NASBA typically release at the same time (9:00 pm EST), every section, every window?

I believe BEC scores were released by the AICPA to NASBA states on Wednesday. The 48 hour window ends today.
