I did read the chapters (Becker) and do the mcq's.  But it seemed like the information made more sense to me when I was reading it and when I started doing the mcq's it just left my head spinning. 

I am going to keep reviewing UCC and common (esp the differences between the two).  I think for that part wiley does a pretty good job.  Hopefully it wont be too brutal on Thursday!

I like to go through and go over all the pass keys and parts where "Memorize!" is written in the book...MCQs are also what I focus on the last couple days...

I just want to give you a heads up that don't novers after Becker Final exam I $ II. If you get around 60%, means are in good preparation. Beckers exam are much harder than real exam. 

Time management is very important in REG, so make sure.

Finally, at this time try to repeat MCQs as much as you can. Do simulation only one or two time max. Just get use to with software.

BUT MCQs do again and again.

My exam is on Tuesday the 16th.  I have Friday off, so that gives me 4 full days of studying.  I have gone through the multiple choice for Tax 4X and for Law 3-4X.  Right now I am re-reading all the chapters and taking notes on the sections I am weaker in and including the pass keys and areas where Becker notes to memorize.  I should be done with all the notes this afternoon and then will go ahead and review all the MCQ's I marked.  I plan to take a practice exam Friday morning then the second on Saturday.  That gives me time to review and retake Sunday and Monday.  I plan on also reviewing all the released questions from 2006-2009.  Hope this prepares me enough to pass!
