Hi, It took about a month, though the letter by post
reached me even later. I inquired by email and got a
negative answer from Silvia.

Dear vdesi & all

I have done B.Com and M.Com from India. I got my evaluation done from FACS and they gave me 150 hrs for New Hampshire state board. I think that Illinios may give 150 hrs for M.Com, but one of the subject must be of any taxation course

@GeorgeJo
Thanks for your kind words and I hope they do give me the 150 credit hrs I need as ece.org also gave me 150 hrs but IL Board want to do their own thing ($250). So I had to send it again.

Dear Vdesi,

I just viewed ur 2 postings. But can u tell me why you want ur evaluation done in both the State Boards? (Illinois and New Jersey)

Is it true that Illinois wants the original transcripts for evaluation?

Hello GeorgeJo,
With the IL Certificate I can put the words CPA behind my name right away hence the extra effort.
NJ License is something I want over the next six to eight months. Eventually I might stick with only NJ license, but for now I am hoping and praying that I can get the necessary points from the IL Board of Examiners.
I have sent all my original marksheets, degree and passing certificate to IL Board of Examiners as that is what they want.
