I would like to apply the certification in IL and I know I must file an application with the Division of Professional Regulation no later than June 30, 2010. I am wondering if I get my score in the middle of June online, do I still have enough time filing the application? Is it possible that I file the application first once I get my passing scores and then hand in the supporting document afterwards?

@txh2064,
I think you can do it but before doing anything else call the IL Board of Examiners and ask them.
You need to first get your credentials evaluated from IL Board of Examiners.
I assume you will get your scores transferred so you will need to send an application to your State coordinator as well.
