On the last section - states that doesn't require 150 semester hours: please make sure you check the experience requirement very carefully for certificate/license.

For example, Delaware requires 1-4 years of working experience (1 for masters, 2 for bachelor, 4 for associate), and your experience being supervised and verified by a licensed CPA (i.e. NOT certificate holder!) or CA from Canada / Australia only. See, very tricky!
