If you make a copy , it is mark sheet copy. If the university makes a copy and attests saying it is original and true, then it is called transcript.(official copy of your marklist is transcript). You may either contact your mithibai college,and ask them to send an official sealed copy of your transcript to WES or ask any of your relative to get the sealed copy from your college and courier it to WES.There is no need to go to Mumbai University. But, if you pay yourmaninindia,they will do the same for you.

I contacted WES and they said that they need to have attested marksheets for all the years of college. They also said that the attestation has to be done by the university and not the college. I contacted Mumbai University and they said that they would attest the degree certificate and the TYBcom marksheet but the marksheets for FYBcom and SYBCom need to be stamped by Mithibai College and then submitted to Mumbai University and then they will attest those marksheets and the degree certificate.

Seems to be a complicated procedure. Looks like somebody has to go to both places, Mithibai College and Mumbai University.

Mithibai college said that they would not attest the marksheets unless I send the original to them and then they would stamp the copy of the original. I dont have the original marksheets of FYbcom and SYbcom with me.

I am still confused and just dont know how will I manage to get this done.

Why don't you try applying to get lost marksheets from your college by applying again? Contact yourmaninindia.com and ask them whether they could get your originals from your college. Once you get your marksheets, most of your problem will be solved. You may try giving a call to your college admin department and tell them your situation.They may try to give you an easy solution.Trying is the only way for you now.But don't give up! You will have everything sooner than you think.
