I read it in Business Week. They compared entry level hiring in several dozen companies in 2009. The total number of new hires for Big 4 was about 15-20% less than in 2008

Congrats! My best advice, after having just gone through it, is not to think of it as an interview. I was given this advice so I would be less nervous, and it helped to an extent.

Also, remember that you won't know who is watching you. Don't give anyone any reason to believe that you not a good team player. Meet new people and enjoy the experience for what it is.

Of course, make sure your suit fits and you can tie a good looking knot in your tie.
