Just took far this last weekend.

I'm 100% sure I failed. But we'll see come score time. I guess I'll be pleasantly surprised if I pass, but I've already got it in my plans to be studying FAR July and August lol. Hopefully I do better on audit over March.

A few years ago I started the exam process but didn't finish and got sidelined by life.... now I'm back at it again.

I remember taking FAR after virtually no studying and thinking, "That wasn't that hard. Maybe I passed after all!" Of course, knowing what I know now, I realize that meant I was doing horribly so the questions never got any harder.

I just took FAR again in January (waiting on my score) after a significantly greater amount of studying, and it took me significantly longer to do each subsequent multi-choice testlet. So I'm hoping that means I passed!

Perhaps the optimal situation is feeling like it was a really hard test, but that you still knew something about everything you were asked? I'll let you know how that turns out. ;)

Do you know if all three testlets are adaptive? My first testlet yesterday in FAR seemed wicked easy, second one a little harder, and third one was very hard. I thought I had read somewhere that they only have two difficulty levels, though, so I was worried that maybe my last section just ended up being material I didn't know as well. I defined something completely wrong in one of my communication sections, so I'm freaking out a little bit...

Also, any advice on how to stop thinking about FAR and move on to the next section? I'm having trouble getting motivated without knowing how well I did. What if I failed and my study strategy is all wrong and I fail AUD too? Argh! Why does it take so long for them to get graded?!

The first one by default is not, but the remaining two are (except for BEC). I don't think
there is a black and white difficulty line either.

I wasn't sure if I passed AUD (first exam), didn't think I passed FAR, but I felt like I
passed for BEC and REG.
