I thought he meant SFAS 168 - The FASB Accounting Standards Codification and the Hierarchy of GAAP pronouncement was testable beginning 2010. (I think it's testable starting April/May 2010 because it it went into effect 9/15/09 + 6 months)
I thought the new release of authoritative literature/codification was the same thing as SFAS, except re-organized to be easier to search so nothing really changes except for the hierarchy and levels of GAAP. And the research tab format of course.
