Wow, so these people have 4.0 or really high GPA's from top schools, work in the prestigious big 4 and work all the way to senior and don't pass the cpa? You would think that the experience from big four, especially audit or tax, you should be able to pass because of the work experience knowledge. I guess the cpa is EXTREMELY hard, and before I thought it was just a hard exam. jeepers man. |

It's hard but doable. I don't think the obstacle for those people not passing is necessarily the difficulty level of the exam, it's the time commitment. When you're working 60+ hour weeks, it gets pretty hard to find a few hours/day to study for an exam.
