I am also in the course of getting the CFE exam, Almost done :), Its a great exam and if you passed CPA then you should have no problem. Most of the areas are well covered by the CPA exam. I say go for it, since most corporations these days are losing 5-6% to fraud, I say its a good certification to have. I only see this field growing each day, with all the scandels and the corporations accounting frauds, its only going to grow. Good Luck on anyone who is taking it. I was doubtful at first but the CFE's on this forum helped me to take it. Thanks all
