CFA ( hardest)
CA (very hard)
CPA (hard)

I think its impossible to say which one is the hardest and there are two simple reasons for it:
1) No one can answer that question unless they have CFA, CPA and a CA (no matter where they got it)
2) Now if there is someone who has it, well, if I got my CPA and then CFA and then CA, since I have to do most studying in the first one I grab, its gonna be the hardest one and whatever I go after next, will be much easier since I wont have to work as hard on it and the last one hopefully should not take much at all provided that you did well in the first two.

Let's not kid ourselves here. The CFA is much harder than the CPA. I know people who have passed both, and I plan to do the same. Some of these people have taken the CPA back when it was a more difficult, take all four sections at a time deal, and still say the CFA is way harder. The CPA was a walk in the park to be honest, but I am NOT looking forward to the CFA.
Yes, it's true that the first section of the CFA is easy, like the sections of the CPA, but believe me, sections 2 and 3 are no easy endeavor. You probably study anywhere from 250-500 hours for the entire CPA exam. That's how much you need to study for EACH section of the CFA exam. I know people who have studied 500+ hours for a section of the CFA and still not pass, where studying that much for the CPA equals almost a guaranteed passing score. I agreed with most people here.
CFA is the hardest one. Being a CPA can give you some advantages to pass CFA or CA. However, being a CFA may not necessarily give you some advantage to pass CPA unless you have a very good accounting background.
