You want to make sure you have a structured essay. It doesnt have to be 100% correct. I think I got it this time. They wont test you obscure topics. Similar to the GMAT, make sure you can write.

You can't actually copy and paste, you have to type it out. I wish there was a copy and paste button. I just kept clicking back and forth from the research tab to the written part, just typing word for word what I needed.
At the beginning I made sure to restate the question like, "Thank you for your inquiry regarding like-kind exchanges. In a situation like yours, where a building is being transferred for an automobile, it is important to understand the tax consequences..blah blah blah." And I probably reworded that in 2 more different ways as I was writing my answer.
