I think laks has put it up correctly... thanks so much... can somebody please explain me the difference between licensure and certificate...

Thanks in advance... I am just going round and round when it is related to getting a certificate

Hi guys,

Since you have done so much research, can you throw some light on "education in lieu of experience" provision of CO state.

It seems that we CAs from India give exam from CO board to avoid evaluation hassels, but at some point of time we'll have to get it done because of the Certificate / License requirements of the states in which we are residing.
