I took FAR friday.  Fair Value, Goodwill/consolidations and cash flows.

I am not implying that 20 mcq's couldve been on just those 3 subjects or am I implying that you may see nothing on pensions.

But sometimes you walk out of these tests and say "why  did I just get a ton of questions on 3 subjects and barely nothing on bonds, inventory and fixed assets like in the good old days?

The curve it what can get u thru FAR. I scored average 79 and audit but failed cause the average was 80. If I had to guess the average may be mid 60's from how people walking out of FAR. So who knows   some of us may have past if it was a nitemare for most

I think they often give tests like this. I also had majority of questions on couple subjects, and the remaining ones touched everything else a little bit. But for simulations, I had all topics different from what I had on MCQ. So, fair to assume that the test tries to test everything, but it's impossible to the volume of material

I hope for the deep curve this window as well. I cannot imagine studying for FAR again.

Took FAR yesterday and pretty sure I bombed it. I felt confident going in. Those questions were tough in all 3 sections. I finished BEC and audit with over a hour to spare. I was running out of time on my first simulation so I did the communication and barely touched the other tabs and went to the second simulation and finished the communication on the second simulation and maybe had a little over a minute left. I figured I should be able to get the points on the communication and forget about the other 20 points on the sims. Seems they give plenty time for audit and bec but not with far.
